A team registration form includes space for up to seven team member names. A team advisor may fill in as many names as they choose. (It is recommended to list seven—five team members with two alternates.) The advisor will determine from a team’s members, which students will represent that team at the Florida Envirothon, similar to how a coach selects a starting lineup. Team members may not be replaced with new students after the regional competition. Teams, who do not have five members or who replace members after registration, are allowed to participate regionally but are not be eligible to compete at State.
